Through its TKB domain and RING domain, c‑Cbl controls EGFR turnover, immune signalling and cell growth. Mutations in c‑Cbl disrupt ubiquitination and contribute to myeloid malignancies, highlighting its importance in cellular homeostasis and disease.</p>
