Cyclin D1 expression in Wildtype C57Bl/6J mice
- Cyclin D1 protein can be detected in the Spleen by immunoblotting (Bhalla et al., 2014, Supplementary Figure 1).
- Cyclin D1 mRNA can also be detected by PCR-based analysis (Bhalla et al., 2014, Supplementary Figure 1).
- Compared to other body tissues, the intestine and spleen express high levels of cyclin D1 protein and transcript (Bhalla et al., 2014, Supplementary Figure 1).
