The cell line DAOY was established from Desmoplastic Cerebellar Medulloblastoma tumor taken from a 4 year old boy. (Jacobsen et al., 1985)

Eagle’s Minimum Essential Medium (+ 2mM Glutamine) + 10% FBS REF
