Agarose Gel Casting Set-ups with no requirement of Sealing Edges of Casting Tray with Tape
Preparing the gel casting tray by sealing both edges (open ends) with tape for agarose gel preparation requires effort. Sometimes agarose solution leaks especially when relatively hot melton agarose is poured into the gel casting tray. To make the agarose gel casting process simple and effortless, many suppliers provide casting tray setups that do not need sealing the edges of casting trays. Some of them are listed in this post.
