- Plk1: Plk1 phosphorylate CDK1 at Ser147 in the late G2 phase, which promote nuclear translocation of Cdk1
- Cdc25 phosphatases (Cdc25B and Cdc25C): Dephosphorylation of Thr14 and Tyr15 at late G2 phase is done by Cdc25B and Cdc25C phosphatases
