A gene can be easily delivered using Adenovirus to the liver hepatocytes of mice.
- Nelsen and coworkers injected CsCl-purified adenoviruses encoding mammalian cyclin D1 via the tail vein of mice and showed efficient expression of cyclin D1 in liver hepatocytes (Nelsen et al., 2001).
