ExpSup: CagA Induces Cyclin D1 Expression

Murata-Kamiya et al., 2007 showed that cagA expression in MKN-28 cell line results in upregulation of cyclin D1 using western blotting.

Cell line: MKN-28 stably expressing inducible CagA under the control of tet-off system (depletion of doxycycline induces expression of CagA)
